The purpose of this lecture is to enhance students' legal literacy. As the saying goes, "No procedure, no criminal law." Legal knowledge is equally indispensable as a skill in police work. Only through learning and adept thinking, by integrating profound comprehension with practical application, can we traverse the tangible boundaries of the heavens and earth, entering the realm of ever-changing events. This exploration is what reveals hidden truths, enabling the ideals and values of law to take root and flourish within people's hearts.
This lecture will impart to students the techniques of composing judicial documents, including how to adeptly employ the three elements of facts, legal principles, and wording. Corresponding writing strategies will be tailored based on the diverse objectives of different judicial documents, enhancing accuracy in language expression, thus rendering communication more succinct and lucid. Simultaneously, this will strengthen the students' abilities and skills in written communication.
This lecture will broaden students' perspectives on the spirit of the law. Through this event, it is hoped that students will gain a deeper understanding of the significance of the law, enabling them to skillfully apply legal knowledge in their future studies and career.
